WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT DOES PROCESSING MEAN?

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We do not retain your personal data any longer than is necessary for the purposes they are collected for. Your data will be retained to a maximum of 10 years after our last contact with you. When the retention period has ended we will destroy or anonymize your personal data.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and forward personal data solely when this is necessary for the execution of our contract / sales agreement with you, or to be able to comply with legal obligations. It is possible we have to supply your personal data to government (authority). We have Data Processing Agreements in place with companies that are assigned by us to process your data, such as software service providers for the computer systems that we use, to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data.

WHICH RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

The General Data Protection Regulation aims to increase the rights of data subjects. As data subject you have the right to inspect, correct, erase, restrict and transfer the personal data about you that has been processed. The right to transfer personal data means that you can apply a request for us to transmit your personal data in a computer file to you or to someone else of your choosing. On our website we make use of functional cookies and analytic cookies, where we make use of internet analysing systems, such as Google analytics. This is solely used by our Marketing department to be able to measure the performance of our website. This data is anonymous and cookies do not gather your name or IP-address.
